Service description
Iconfind is a diagnostic web tool that checks which icon files are served by a given URL. It accepts a URL from a user, fetches the page, extracts declared icon references, probes conventional icon paths, and returns a structured report of what was found.
The tool is provided for informational purposes only. It does not modify your site, generate icons, or provide ongoing monitoring.
Acceptance
By using Iconfind, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
Use restrictions
You may not:
- Use Iconfind to probe URLs you do not have authorization to access or test.
- Automate access to the tool in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the service or on third-party sites.
- Use the tool for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
No accounts or stored data
Iconfind does not use accounts, store user data, or retain check results. Each check is ephemeral. No user registration, login, or persistent identifier is used. No team accounts, shared history, or data export features exist at this time.
Billing
Iconfind offers three service tiers:
- Free — $0/month. Single-URL icon checks with no charge. No payment method required.
- Pro — $9/month (planned). For regular icon audits with batch checking, exportable reports, and API access.
- Team — $29/month (planned). For teams managing multiple sites with unlimited batch checking, priority support, and higher API rate limits.
At present no payment processor is connected to Iconfind. The paid Pro and Team tiers are not yet available for purchase and cannot be subscribed to. The Free tier requires no billing information. Use of the paid tiers will not be possible until a payment processor is integrated, at which point these billing terms will take effect.
Billing period. Paid subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance on the date of initial subscription. Each billing cycle grants access for the following month.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails (e.g. card declined, expired), we will retry the charge automatically up to three times over a period of approximately seven days. If all retries fail, access to paid features will be suspended until the outstanding balance is successfully collected. The account will revert to Free-tier functionality during suspension.
Cancellation. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.
Refund policy. If a paid subscription is cancelled within 7 days of the initial charge, a full refund will be issued. After 7 days, no refunds are given for the current billing period. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Price changes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice posted on the pricing page. Existing subscribers will be notified and may cancel before the change takes effect.
Intellectual property
Iconfind does not claim ownership of any content it fetches or analyzes. All icon files, page content, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The Iconfind tool itself, including its interface and brand assets, is owned by the operator.
Disclaimer of warranties
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Icon checks may produce inaccurate results due to network conditions, platform limitations (including the Cloudflare-to-Cloudflare connectivity restriction), or changes to the target site. The operator does not guarantee that the tool will be available at all times or that results are complete or correct.
Limitation of liability
The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to decisions made based on the check results.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
Governing law
Not yet specified. No jurisdiction has been designated, as no legal entity has been registered. Governing law will be specified when the operator registers the business entity and provides the relevant information.
